A permanent position is just as possible as a corporation on a freelance basis.<\/p>\n<p>We also offer students and junior employees an interesting career entry in the form of a practical training or work studies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You should have the following skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>several years of experience as a project manager, consultant, coach or as an expert with work experience in at least one of the sectors IT, logistics, utilities, machinery and plant engineering, wholesale and foreign trade.<\/li>\n<li>confident methodical and soft skills (presenting, moderating, mediating, negotiating, motivating, leading).<\/li>\n<li>excellent language skills (German, English, further world languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese).
