This training enables you accessing the discipline of project management and following the process groups and knowledge areas of PMI® standard.
It comprises two training days at 7.5 hours which are modularly structured.
By successful attendance the participants can achieve one of the eligibility requirements for certification as „Certified Associate in Project Management® (CAPM®)“, as well as „Project Management Professional® (PMP®)“ according to PMI®.
