In November 2016, we conducted a workshop with all employees of a Digital-Marketing-Agency in order to stabilize the internal process model for planning and execution of digital projects. Several interviews with management have preceded the workshop to determine key aspects.
Courses and results highly exceeded expectations of participants and management. Moreover, we were able to give an impetus to collaborate in teams, with customers and partners. Further workshops took place in 2017 and will follow.
The owner-manager of a medium-sized software development company for food industry requested us to train his managers in terms of project management. They should take over more project responsibility, be more proactive and provide more professional customer care in terms of projects.
We developed a stepwise approach in four workshops.
We were asked by IT management of a utility company to conduct a one-day intensive training. The goal was to anchor application of a recently developed project management manual for IT projects in the heads of IT staff and service providers.
Training was repeated several times for different groups of participants. To evoke better understanding for manual guidelines and a faster and more effective application we integrated interactive elements and practical orientation.
