As Project Management Officer we are the central interface for all project based activities in your organization unit or corporate-wide. We take care of:
- Coordination of the project portfolio
- Collection and preparation of information and knowledge from all projects
- Selection, implementation and further development of project relevant methods, processes and tools
- Qualification of project members and managers
- “Project Excellence”: continuous quality assurance and improvement of project management resources (processes, methods, tools, staff).
